Youth Exchange project within action 1.1

“Work it Out!” is a youth exchange involving 24 young people plus 6 group leaders coming from 5 countries: Italy, Romania,Bungaria, Hungary and Spain. The exchange will take place in Caserta from 20th till 27th of September 2013. Our project is aimed to explore young people’s opportunities and problems in the European labour market: youth unemployment is a very complex phenomena of present-day society and to understand it better we are going to analyze the macro and the micro levels of this process. Infact in the preparation phase each partner taking part to the exchange will realize several interviews to young people living in their communities and the young groups will also collect dates about youth unemployment in their region. The important part of the program will be the public discussion about theme of the project with local authorities and civil society, when participant will directly interact with decision makers and local community. “Work it Out!” activity program is based on the cycle “identifying a gol- acting on it – learning from successes and failures – changing accordingly”: participants will analize the main themes, they will actively elaborate the topics during workshops, debates, meeting, role plays, and then young people will evaluate the whole project.
