“Re-Inventeaza-te”project, having a duration of 12 months, was held in Valcea county, Romania and has as main goal the involvement of the particpants in the democratic life of the community, at local but also European level. The project activities were held in Baile Olanesti- Valcea in June 2011 and leasted 12 days.
The project objectives were:
– identification of the young people’s needs in order to participate in the democratic life
– facilitation of the meetings among young people and decision-makers in the field of participation in democratic life
– encouragement of the mobility and of the ideas among the youngsters about the participation in the democratic life.
-the creation of a network among the organizations, networks for dissemination of good practice in the field of youth and participation
The eligible period of the project was April 15th, 2011- April 15th, 2012. The promoters were 8 eight organisms representing Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Lithuania. In the project took part 40 young people who contributed to:
- creating a network of young people interested to exchange good practice examples in the field of active participation
- participate and organize local/ international meetings with decision making factors in youth field
- realize case studies and researches about active participation
The activities were implemented with the support of non formal methods as forum theatre, energizers, ice breaking exercises, debates, city rally etc.
